CROSSFIT FELIX BEGINNER COURSE

 

On-Ramp is our comprehensive beginners program designed to teach you the basic fundamental movements of CrossFit in a safe and fun group environment. In each class, you will learn new movements with proper form all the while increasing your abilities and level of fitness.

On-Ramp meets 3 times a week for 3 weeks. You can come to either our morning classes (6:00 - 7:00 AM) or evening (7:30 - 8:30 PM). The goal is to be safe, increase our fitness, and have fun.

FAQS

WHAT DOES CROSSFIT FELIX OFFER THAT A NORMAL GYM DOESN'T?

A combination of kettlebells, barbells, weighted plates, rowers, assault bikes, pull-up rigs, medicine balls, climbing ropes, rings, and a massive space to lift, run, jump and crush your goals with your friends!

 

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Bring a pair of shorts or workout pants, shoes, a water bottle and your smile! 

 

WHAT'S A CLASS LIKE?

Each class consists of a warm-up, followed by skill introduction and practice, and a workout tailored to the skills you just learned!

 

WILL I BE ABLE TO ACTUALLY DO THE WORKOUTS?

Yes! All of our workouts are designed with the ability to scale for any fitness level.

 

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING MY FIRST FEW WEEKS?

Comprehensive lessons and one-on-one guidance from our experienced coaches on strength, gymnastic, endurance and functional movements. We stress safety and proper form in every class. Expect to sweat, run, lift, jump, smile and be amazed at your own capabilities!
