Strength/Skill: Mobility Monday
Work on what you’re not awesome at. Use Crossover Symmetry, Foam Rollers, Bands, Etc… Work on joints as well as muscle groups. It all counts. We all have areas that limit us. Spend some time on them, it will likely help you more that an extra set of squats will.
