A Simple Plan

Monday hours:
F*ck ya we are open. This is the Felix. Of course we are open.

We will have classes at 6am, 7am, 8am, 9am, 4:30pm and 5:30pm.

Classes will be shortened for 2 major reasons.

1) The holiday season. 
2) The Bachelor starts tonight. And I ain't missin it for nothin :)
*Side note: Nobody likes Nick. Worst Bachelor ever.

MONDAY
“A Simple Plan”
Strength: Every 90 sec for 6 sets (9 mins):
6 strict Press + 3 Push Press
(build each set)

WOD I:
60 OH Plate Lunges 45/25
50 Plate Burpees
40 Situps with Plate at chest (either flat against torso or out like a platter)
Rest 4 min…

WOD II:
50 Pullups
25 Ring Dips
