100 Front Squats
400M run as pairs
100 Power cleans
400M Run as pairs
100 Push Jerks
400M run as pair
100 Deadlifts

*Reps split between partners
L3- 115/85
L2- 85/60
L1- A weight that allows for sets of 8-10 reps to be done at a time before switching partners
