On-Ramp is our comprehensive beginners program designed to teach you the basic fundamental movements of fitness in a safe and fun group environment. In each class, you will learn new movements with proper form all the while increasing your abilities and level of fitness.

On-Ramp meets 3 times per week for 3 weeks. The course runs on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings from 7:30 - 8:30pm. Over this 3 week course you will learn all the basics. From the really simple movements like the push-up, sit-up, squat, lunge and burpee, to the more complicated bar movements like the front and back squat, the deadlift, clean and snatch. The course is held in a small group setting with up to 10 people, so a fair amount of detail and personal time is dedicated to all that attend.

WHAT DOES CROSSFIT FELIX OFFER THAT A NORMAL GYM DOESN'T?

Each class consists of a warm-up, followed by skill introduction and practice, and a workout tailored to the skills you just learned!

Yes! All of our workouts are designed with the ability to scale for any fitness level.

 

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING MY FIRST FEW WEEKS?

Comprehensive lessons and one-on-one guidance from our experienced coaches on strength, gymnastic, endurance and functional movements. We stress safety and proper form in every class. Expect to sweat, run, lift, jump, smile and be amazed at your own capabilities!
