5 Burpees Over Bar
5 Toes To Bar

One Partner works while the other rests. We are going for 22 Minutes.

Fitness/Performance/Competition: Use a weight that is both challenging and safe for the entire workout. If you misjudge it and need to break some weight off, do it! It’s the right decision. Each set of deadlifts should be done as close to unbroken as possible. If you have to drop the weight more than once, peal off some weight.
