Coaches notes: Since Monday tends to be busy, this workout will not bring out too much equipment on the floor. If an athlete finds ring rows with heels on the floor too easy, have them elevate their heels on weights/box/etc to make their body more horizontal. Athletes can start at different station to alleviate access to the rings.
