Pause Hang Snatch + Snatch
Perform 10 sets of the complex on the minute for 10 minutes. before beginning the EMOM spend 5 minutes going through techniques. Start light and build across the 10 sets (15 Minutes)

Conditioning
5 Rounds, 1 Minute rest between each round
10 Power Snatch 95#
10 Full Cleans 95#
5 Muscle Ups
*This should be scaled in a way that no round takes longer than 2 minutes to complete. The total time for this workout should not exceed 17 minutes. At least the first 3 rounds should be unbroken on the barbell movements. Encourage sprint style training in each round. If no muscle up, then perform 10 Pull-Ups at the hardest achievable level.
