Snatch x 10 sets
Every set should be done on the minute, start with doubles and progress into singles after the fifth round. Start around 70-75% of snatch max for the doubles and start the singles at 80-85%.

Conditioning
8 x 500m
Rest 1:00 after each row. 
*Straight up conditioning work. The OPEN is tomorrow, so for those of you participating treat this as active recovery work. For those of you who are not participating hit every row harder than you would in a met-con and try to hold on.
