10 leg lifts in side plank each side
10 V-Ups
10 reverse rotational lunges with KB each leg.

Triplet Workout:
12 Minute AMRAP
Partner A: .5K Bike (250M Row only if no bikes left, use concept 2 bikes before rowers)
Partner B: Holds wall sit
Partner C: Pull-Up Bar hang If either partner in the static hold stops, all athletes working must stop and resume when they start static hold again.

If only 2 individuals there for the workout then drop exercise C
