Warm-Up: Partner 10x100 Meter Row/Run

On a 15 Minute Clock...,

Get a comparable teammate and take turns working up to a heavy double one of:

1 Power Clean
1 Squat Clean

These two movements are meant to be done back to back. Try not to reset the bar. Keep good form and have some fun.

When the clock strikes 15:00, spend the next 15 minutes doing...
1 Front Squat (approx 50% of your Power Clean/Squat Clean Double)
1 Burpees Over Bar
2 Front Squat
2 Burpee Over Bar

Keep heading up in that direction until you get to 5 and 5 and then reset back to 1 and 1.

This is also a team WOD. You go and then they go.
