Saturday Sept 3rd “WOD”
Tomorrow’s workout will be one of the hardest you have ever attempted. Because of this, I want to start out with some basic parameters for the day.
1) Do not be late to class. I will only go over this workout once and we will not have time for too many additional questions. So do not be late.
2) You may do your own scaling, but you need to be on top of it. Again, we will not have time for too many additional questions.
3) We will only have 5 minutes to warm up and 5 minutes to go over the WOD. At 13 minutes after the start of class, we are starting the working, ready or not.
4) My suggestion, come early, warm up on your own in the back, and be ready when class starts.
This will not be a workout you want to miss. You will remember this for years to come...
