Warm-Up: Partner 10x100 Meter Row/Run

On a 15 Minute Clock,

Get a comparable teammate and take turns working up to a heavy double one of:
1 Power Snatch
1 Squat Snatch (AKA: Full Snatch, AKA: Snatch)

These two movements are meant to be done back to back. Try not to reset the bar. Keep good form and have some fun.

When the clock strikes 15:00, spend the next 15 minutes doing…

1 Overhead Squat (approx 50% of your Power Snatch/Squat Snatch Double)
1 Burpees Over Bar
2 Overhead Squat
2 Burpee Over Bar
Keep heading up in that direction until you get to 5 and 5 and then reset back to 1 and 1.

This is also a team WOD. You go and then they go.
