If you tested your 1RM aim for these sets to be around 90%. If you performed the 5x3 last week aim to increase your load 5-10Lbs this week with the rep decrease. If this is your first week push pressing aim to establish a baseline weight that is challenging for all sets but not maximal.

80 Box Jump Overs
40 Alternating Goblet Lunges same Db as snatches
20 Bike Cals
L1- A weight to do at least 20-25 snatches unbroken in the first few sets
Stretch- Shoulders, Glutes
