If you tested your 1RM aim for these sets to be around 77.5%. If you performed the 4x7 last week aim to increase your load 5-10Lbs this week with the rep decrease. If this is your first week push pressing aim to establish a baseline weight that is challenging for all sets but not maximal.
Sit Ups/V-Ups/ T2B/T2B
L1 A weight that allows sets of at least 10-15 reps at a time on thrusters In this workout perform different core exercises each round, the 40 will be situps, 30 is v -ups then both the 20 and 10 will be T2B
