Back Squat 5x1
Perform 5 singles at the same weight as your 3RM squat from last week. If you did not test a 3RM then use a weight that leaves 2 reps in the tank each set.
12 Minute EMOM:
Min 1: :40 bike cals
Min 2: :40 Alternating DB snatch
Min 3: :40 overhead squats
L1- A weight that allows for at least sets of 8-10 when you pick up the bar.
